How To Use It

For the Restore routine: lightly glide the device on the body area in long, upward strokes. Then rotate the device to move to the next section until the entire body area has been covered. Massage any remaining gel into the skin. Use up to once a day.
For the Relax routine: lightly glide the device on the body area in slow, upward circular strokes paying special attention to areas that are tight. Then rotate the device to move to the next section until the entire body area has been covered. Massage any remaining gel into the skin. Use up to once a day.
